New Digital Materials Added in November

The History Center has digitized the new material relating to the Texas South-Eastern Railroad Company and Gayle Cruthirds World War II collection. Records from the TSE include accident files, correspondence relating to the stock and abandonment of the Lufkin, Hemphill and Gulf Railway Company, and legal records relating to the abandonment of the Texas State Railroad lease and the sale of Knox Lumber Company to Temple Lumber Company. Gayle Cruthirds records include correspondence and clippings documenting his Air Force service during World War II. These items are available under our Digital Resources page.
