The History Center staff has been working hard to provide digital access to as many collections as possible in the past few months. The Durham Family Collection contains photos of the Durham family and their friends from the 1910s to the 1960's. The collection primarily consists of photographs focusing on Paul Durham, Jr. and wife Jimmie Beth Durham during their years at Diboll High School, their high school friends, Paul Jr.’s career at the Diboll Free Press, the Diboll Housing Authority construction projects, and numerous landmarks and members of the Diboll community.

Another collection we are proud to offer online is The Diboll News-Bulletin Collection. The History Center holds issues of this early Diboll paper from February 1953 to July 1958 and all are now accessible on our website.

The Nacogdoches County World War II Veterans Tribute book is an exciting addition to our World War II collections and we hope it is a useful tool for researchers intersted in East Texas veterans.

And finally, the ongoing task of digitizing the Lufkin Foundry & Machine Company's payroll books is still proceeding. We can now offer digital access to Books 1-10, which cover April 1902 - December 1920.
