Herty 2nd Graders Visit The History Center

5 classes from Lufkin's Herty Primary School visited The History Center on November 5 and 6 to learn about local history. Students toured the exhibit room, listened to information about historic documents and paper preservation in the reading room, and learned about steam engines and railroads at the train exhibit outside.
