December 2008 Pine Bough Magazine Now Available in PDF

The December 2008 Pine Bough Magazine is now available as a PDF through our Publications section on our Home Page. This issue of the Pine Bough features a photographic history of Rayville Ranch, a cattle raising operation of Southern Pine Lumber Company from 1913 to 1933, and a World War II B-24 Bomber flight log of Diboll native Gayle Cruthirds. The scrapbook section features 18 pages of interesting subjects, including the Neches River, early game preserves, clearcutting, the communities of Nancy and Wildhurst, Prairie Grove School, the Civilian Conservation Corps, and Big Thicket hunting camps.
