Lufkin was the home of many women’s organizations, including the Historical and Literary Club, Mothers Club, Music Club, and Women’s Auxiliary to the Chamber of Commerce. This collection contains two blown up magazine sections from June 22, 1930, Houston Post-Dispatch, with pictures of officers of the four women’s clubs of Lufkin, Texas. One is mounted on foam board and the other is mounted in a frame.
