World War II Veterans Tribute Books

After World War II local communities and veterans organizations honored World War II soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, and servicewomen by issuing these tribute books that listed their names and photographs as well as service dates and locations. Many in Texas were county books, paid for by county citizens and veterans and their families.
