Sunset over the Hardwood Mill
A beautiful sunset view over the smaller log pond, showing the Southern Pine Lumber Company hardwood mill to the left. Taken in November 1907. The hardwood mill, which also cut pine, was built in 1906 and was known as mill number 2. It was dismantled in 1954.
