A former Diboll schools secretary and wife of former Diboll teacher and principal Bill Greer, Bettye Greer kept scrapbooks containing news clipping and photographs that documented activities at Diboll High School throughout the late 1960s through the 1980's. In scrapbook 3, she documented many different events, including Bill Greer's as new high school principal, Dboll Day, and the first female agricultural students in Angelina County in 1974, and school bond bids for a new building, Mack Mitchell being drafted in the NFL, incidents of racial tension, and a fight after a Diboll vs. Corrigan-Camden basketball game in 1975.
