The Pine Bough - Vol 11, December 2006

This issue of the Pine Bough focuses on the lives and legacies of three Angelina Countians: businessman and philanthropist Arthur Temple (1920-2006), History Center Research Assistant Brandi Clark (1979-2006), and Burke Postmistress Ina McCall (1883-1970). The scrapbook section includes 14 pages of interesting subjects, including the Neches River, the Burke, Fastrill, and Hoshall communities, and East Texas railroads. Additionally, an interesting list of firsts in Diboll history rounds out the issue, along with news and notes about the History Center's year of activities.
